Fixes focused on the accuracy of official learning records and published transcripts.<ul><li>Requested competencies no longer sync as earned. Competencies a learner had requested (“raised hands”) could push to the official learning record as if they were earned. Only earned competencies sync now, and sync controls are limited to super admins.</li><li>“Expected” competencies now appear on externally published records.</li><li>Transcript PDF downloads no longer fail intermittently when a school profile section was long.</li></ul>
