Sign-in and access code fixes

Smoother sign-in and working access codes.

Autofilled email addresses work on the first sign-in attempt — no more retyping.
Newly issued progress report access codes work immediately. Fresh codes could previously fail validation.

Fixes for date accuracy and learner imports.

Birthdays no longer display one day off in some timezones.
Dates of birth sync consistently across the platform.
CSV/XLSX learner imports handle non-US date formats correctly — dates of birth and enrollment dates are no longer corrupted on import.
CSV templates download clean, without bright red cell formatting.

A round of reliability fixes in the Progress Tracker.

Competency order and domain colors now match between the members site and the Progress Tracker.
Caregivers can reliably open published Progress Trackers — an unauthorized error no longer appears.
Data syncs report the correct educator count.

July 28th, 2026

Fixes focused on the accuracy of official learning records and published transcripts.

Requested competencies no longer sync as earned. Competencies a learner had requested (“raised hands”) could push to the official learning record as if they were earned. Only earned competencies sync now, and sync controls are limited to super admins.
“Expected” competencies now appear on externally published records.
Transcript PDF downloads no longer fail intermittently when a school profile section was long.
