In-product onboarding and activation path

Too many schools pay for Mastery and never get fully activated. Staff do not know where to start, login and sign-in paths are confusing, and there is no guided path from first login to a working Progress Tracker and transcript workflow.

We need an in-product onboarding and activation experience for school admins and staff: clear first steps, less sign-in confusion, and a path that turns a new school into an active one.
