Admin dashboards for school usage and Progress Tracker heatmaps

CSV export helps after the fact. What schools still need is a live view of who is actually using the tools: per-school dashboards, usage visibility, and Progress Tracker heatmaps that show activity and gaps without exporting a spreadsheet.

Admins should be able to see adoption and engagement at a glance so they can coach staff and learners before renewal, not discover non-use months later.
