SIS integration and automatic rostering

Connect your student information system so rosters manage themselves. Instead of preparing and uploading CSV files each term, your school’s SIS becomes the source of truth and your Mastery records stay in sync automatically.

What this covers:

• Automatic rostering — learners, educators, and caregivers are created, updated, and archived as they change in your SIS. New students appear at enrollment; departures are archived without manual cleanup.
• Enrollment and section sync — course sections, advisories, and graduation years stay current, so Progress Tracker filters and reports always reflect the real school.
• Demographic data sync — names (including preferred names), dates of birth, and contact information flow from the SIS, ending drift between systems.
• School-year rollover — promoting learners and refreshing sections at the start of a new year happens from your SIS data rather than by hand.

We plan to support the major K-12 systems — PowerSchool, Blackbaud, and Veracross — along with rostering standards like OneRoster, Clever, and ClassLink so most SIS setups can connect without custom work. If your school uses a different SIS, mention it in the comments.
